18 DOCUMENTARIANS. 18 PERSPECTIVES.

The degree show for University of the Arts London's MA Documentary Film 2016 candidates, 18MM showcases 18 wide-ranging perspectives on documentary film. From boldly reflexive essay films musing on identity to classically investigative journalistic stories on the human condition, 18MM explores, through its directors' eyes, both the roots as well as the further reaches of documentary filmmaking.

FROM SIBERIA TO COLOMBIA, 18 STORIES.

The tales of a grandfather who helped build a railway in remote Siberia. The search for identity somewhere between the coal mines and the salt flats of Colombia. A London magician who lives for the stage and the adulation. Victims of thalidomide poisoning in Spain. These and 14 other stories, wide-ranging and told from diverse perspectives and with distinct styles, represent the work of a year for the 2016 MA Documentary Film candidates of University of The Arts London - London College of Communication.

Screening from 28 November - 2 December 2016 AT BERTHA DOCHOUSE AND LONDON COLLEGE OF COMMUNICATION. REGISTER FOR FREE HERE.
